Ordering & Policies

Availability

WirelessBuy makes every effort to ensure that we have each of our products and services in stock and available for our customers. Occasionally a product you have selected may be discontinued or on backorder from a manufacturer. You will be contacted immediately by our customer service department regarding any out of stock or backordered item.

Service availability is based on your billing zip code.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to ensure that sales tax is collected when applicable. Final sales tax will be determined and added to your order before shipment.

Pricing

Our prices are subject to change at any time. Unless specified otherwise, current charges for the order will only include those for the equipment, shipping and sales taxes. Charges for any service plan(s), including one time activation fees, monthly service plan charge and related taxes will be billed separately by the service provider. Wireless Buy cannot be held responsible for inaccurate service plan description or pricing.

Every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing. However, there may be rare occasions when our pricing is outdated. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but will always contact you to confirm any change before you are charged. We also reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone. .

Billing

Products purchased from WirelessBuy are billed at the time of purchase. The service providers will bill you directly for the service plan(s) we have activated on your behalf (their charges would include recurring service plan charges, one time activation fees and related taxes / fees). During your contract period, your service provider will send you monthly statements reflecting your combined connection and airtime usage

Payment Options

We accept most major credit cards to include Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. We will also accept debit cards (which display the Visa or Mastercard logo), and money orders for your convenience.

Please note: Do not send us a money order until we contact you stating your order has been approved.

Credit check

Each wireless carrier performs a credit check for new post- paid activations. Establishing new wireless service is the same as opening a new line of credit. Besides your name and billing address, service providers require information such as birth date, social security number and driver's license to evaluate your credit. Wireless Buy encrypts this information prior to sending it to your selected carrier and does NOT share this information with other parties. This data is deleted from our database as soon as your credit check is complete.
